How do I participate?
To participate, you need to buy your ticket (Festival Ticket Full Pass or Festival Ticket Sunday) on the Dice platform and come on board a boat. You can participate either with your own boat or by hiring one.
For the bravest and sporty, it is also possible to reach Groove Island by canoe or sup, but the ticket is still required to access the platform.
How can I book a boat or boat places?
You will find all instructions in the ‘BOOK YOUR BOAT’ section at www.electropark.it.
How many people can a charter boat accommodate?
Boats have a maximum capacity of between 5 and 8 people.
Can I participate with my own boat?
Of course! Anyone who owns their own boat, as long as it does not exceed the maximum length of 8 metres ‘open’, can participate in the event. In order to participate you will still have to fill in the form in the ‘BOOK YOUR BOAT’ section on electropark.co.uk and have purchased the Festival Ticket Sunday or Festival Ticket Full Pass. Without the signed ‘Document of Individual Responsibility and Good Conduct’ the booking will be considered invalid.
Who drives the boats?
Each boat will be driven by one of the persons who made the boat reservation.
Once I have booked my boat, how can I collect it and get to the event?
You will be able to collect your boat at the pick-up point indicated by the charterer from 9 a.m. until 10 a.m. We ask you to arrive (with all the people included in the Individual Responsibility and Good Conduct Document, who have purchased the ticket) at the event venue by 11 a.m. (44.3395 N, 9.2282 E in front of the S. Michele beach at San Michele di Pagana - Rapallo), so that the mooring crews can arrange all the boats in time for the start of the event, scheduled for 12.30 p.m. The boats for hire will be located at a maximum distance of 10 minutes' sailing from the event. For security reasons, from the moment of mooring the keys to the boats will be kept by the moorers themselves.
I have my own boat, how do I get to the event?
We ask you to arrive at the event no later than 11 a.m. to ensure that the event actually starts at 12.30 p.m. If you arrive after 11 a.m., there is no guarantee that your boat can be positioned and moored with the others. It will therefore be necessary to wait, near the marked buoy, for the mooring master who will position the boat safely. For safety reasons, from the moment of mooring the boat keys will be kept by the moorers themselves.
In order to participate, you will still need to have purchased the Festival Ticket Sunday or Festival Ticket Full Pass and to have completed, signed and uploaded the Individual Responsibility and Good Conduct Document to the form on www.electropark.it.
Is there a bar and facilities at the event?
In addition to the floating platform as a dancefloor, there is a boat-stage with DJs and the Funktion-One 360° system, and a boat-bar where drinks and beverages can be purchased. There will also be snacks, but we strongly recommend bringing a packed lunch.
Can I leave before the event ends?
The event ends at 6.30 pm. It is possible to leave before the end of the event with the boat if all participants on the same boat agree.
In an emergency, can I leave the platform?
You can at any time contact a member of staff who will accompany you to the shore in case of need. The event takes place in total safety, thanks to the presence of lifeguards and specialised personnel on site.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR NAVIGATION
Prepare before departure
If you are coming with your own boat, make sure you have the proper equipment before you leave. This includes at least two dedicated mooring lines and an anchor. Also make sure you have the necessary wings on board to protect the boat from shocks or damage. In the case of chartering the boat, the equipment indicated is already included but you can ask the charterer to confirm this at the time of collection. Finally, we suggest you bring sunscreen.
Reduced speed
When approaching the mooring system, proceed at a minimum speed to reduce the waves you may cause. Waves created by your boat may disturb other moored boats.
Do not come between two boats!
Avoid jumping into the water between two moored boats, they are probably getting closer or tighter. When boats are squeezing, they can move unpredictably and potentially be dangerous.
Always use the stern of the boat to dive or lay in the water.
Area prohibited for bathing
If you plan to go for a swim in the area before the event, remember that there is a specific area where bathing is prohibited: Cala dell'Oro. It is important that you know its location to avoid sanctions from the harbourmaster's office.

Come faccio a partecipare?
Per partecipare è necessario acquistare il biglietto (Festival Ticket Full Pass o Festival Ticket Sunday) sulla piattaforma Dice e presentarsi a bordo di un’imbarcazione. Si può partecipare sia con una propria imbarcazione, sia noleggiandone una.
Per i più coraggiosi e sportivi, è possibile raggiungere Groove Island anche tramite canoa o sup, rimane però necessario il biglietto per accedere alla piattaforma.
Come posso prenotare una barca o uno o più posti in barca?

Quante persone può ospitare una barca a noleggio?
Le barche hanno una capienza massima variabile da 5 a 8 persone.
Posso partecipare con la mia barca?
Certo! Chiunque possieda un’imbarcazione propria, purché non superi la lunghezza massima di 8 metri “open”, può partecipare all’evento. Per partecipare dovrai comunque compilare il form presente nella sezione “BOOK YOUR BOAT” su electropark.it e aver acquistato il biglietto Festival Ticket Sunday o Festival Ticket Full Pass. Senza il "Documento di responsabilità Individuale e di buona condotta" firmato la prenotazione viene considerata invalida.
Chi guida le barche?
Ogni imbarcazione verrà guidata da una delle persone che hanno effettuato la prenotazione della barca.
Una volta prenotata la mia barca, come posso ritirarla e raggiungere l’evento?
Potrai ritirare la tua barca al punto di ritiro indicato dal noleggiatore dalle ore 9 ed entro le ore 10. Ti chiediamo di presentarti (con tutte le persone incluse nel Documento di Responsabilità Individuale e di Buona Condotta, che hanno acquistato il biglietto) nel luogo dell’evento entro le ore 11 (44.3395 N, 9.2282 E davanti alla Spiaggia S. Michele presso San Michele di Pagana - Rapallo), così da consentire agli ormeggiatori di sistemare tutte le barche in tempo per l’inizio dell’evento, previsto alle ore 12.30. Le barche a noleggio si trovano a una distanza massima di 10 minuti di navigazione dall’evento. Per motivi di sicurezza, dal momento dell'ormeggio le chiavi delle imbarcazioni saranno custodite dagli ormeggiatori stessi.
Ho la mia barca, come raggiungo l’evento?
Ti chiediamo di presentarti all’evento entro e non oltre le ore 11 per garantire a tutti l’effettivo inizio dell’evento previsto alle ore 12.30. In caso di arrivo oltre le ore 11, non viene garantito che la barca possa essere posizionata e ormeggiata con le altre. Bisognerà quindi attendere, nei pressi della boa segnalata, l'ormeggiatore che posizionerà l'imbarcazione in sicurezza. Per motivi di sicurezza, dal momento dell'ormeggio le chiavi delle imbarcazioni saranno custodite dagli ormeggiatori stessi. Per partecipare dovrai comunque aver acquistato il biglietto Festival Ticket Sunday o Festival Ticket Full Pass e aver compilato, firmato con firma autografa e caricato sul form sul sito www.electropark.it il Documento di responsabilità Individuale e di Buona Condotta.
All’evento sono presenti il bar e i servizi?
Oltre alla piattaforma galleggiante come dancefloor, sono presenti una barca-stage con i dj e l’impianto Funktion-One a 360°, e una barca-bar in cui si possono acquistare drink e bevande. Saranno presenti anche degli snack ma consigliamo vivamente di portare pranzo al sacco.
Posso andarmene prima della fine dell’evento?
L’evento finisce alle 18.30. È possibile andare via prima della fine dell’evento insieme alla barca, nel caso in cui tutti i partecipanti sulla stessa barca siano d’accordo.
In caso di emergenza, posso lasciare la piattaforma?
È possibile in qualsiasi momento rivolgersi a un membro del personale che, in caso di bisogno, vi accompagnerà a riva. L’evento si svolge in totale sicurezza, grazie alla presenza di bagnini e personale specializzato in loco.
RACCOMANDAZIONI PER LA NAVIGAZIONE
Preparati prima della partenza
Se vieni con la tua barca, prima di partire assicurati di avere l'attrezzatura adeguata. Questo include almeno due cime dedicate all'ormeggio e un'ancora. Assicurati anche di avere a bordo i parabordi necessari per proteggere la barca da urti o danni. In caso di noleggio della barca, l’attrezzatura indicata è già inclusa ma puoi chiedere conferma al noleggiatore al momento del ritiro. Infine, ti suggeriamo di portare una crema per la protezione del sole.
Velocità ridotta
Quando ti avvicini al sistema di ormeggio, procedi a una velocità minima per ridurre le onde che potresti causare. Le onde create dalla tua barca potrebbero disturbare le altre imbarcazioni ormeggiate.
Non ti interporre tra due barche!
Evita di buttarti in acqua tra due barche ormeggiate, probabilmente si stanno avvicinando o stringendo. Quando le barche si stringono, possono muoversi in modo imprevedibile e potenzialmente essere pericolose.
Usa sempre la poppa della barca per tuffarti o adagiarti in acqua.
Area proibita alla balneazione
Se prima dell'evento hai intenzione di andare a fare un bagno nella zona, ricorda che esiste un'area specifica in cui la navigazione è proibita: Cala dell'Oro. È importante che tu conosca la sua posizione per evitare sanzioni da parte della capitaneria.
